The draft agenda distributed in a prior e-mail has been updated and finalized.  Attached are the final agenda and registration form for the 2009 Western Region meeting in Kalispell, Montana . Just click on either one above, to get added details. Please provide us your state reports and presentations by April 15, 2009 so we can put them into binders.

 

Meeting Accommodations

The meeting will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn, Kalispell, MT, May 4-8, 2009.  The telephone number for the hotel is on the registration form and is 406-756-4500.  Rooms will be reserved by the hotel until April, 20, 2009 at the government rate of $84.00.  Let the hotel know you are with NAPSR or the Montana Public Service Commission group when you reserve your room.
